The problem

Teams implementing EOS-style operating rhythms often spread information across documents, spreadsheets, chat and calendar. Ownership and context must be reconstructed before every meeting.

How it was solved

The platform treated leadership execution as a connected loop. Off-track measures could become issues, issues could become To-Dos and stalled Rocks could surface in the next meeting with the correct owner and context.
